Real Estate

Greg has shot Seattle properties for Windermere, Re/Max and John L. Scott.  His rates are normally from $200 to $350, depending on the size of the property.  These HDR (High Dynamic Range) images are processed and resized for both print and web uses.  Your images are then uploaded to my server where you can retrieve them and can be uploaded your company website as well.  Standard turnaround time is by the end of the next day.

Pricing structure is as follows:

• $200 for up to 16 HDR images.
• $10 for each additional image.

If you have a price point, I can shoot within it. Otherwise, I will shoot the minimum amount required and bill accordingly. If you want an estimate of how much your property will cost, just send me some info about it (Type of property, # of Bedrooms and Bathrooms, Square footage, Estimated Price) and I can send you an estimate.  For example, a 2500 sf, 3 Bed, 2 Bath, $300,000 house is estimated to be 17 images ($210.00).

Additional Services:

• Gallery Uploading: $20. Upload to your company website photo gallery. Upload to NWMLS not available.
• Virtual Tour Slideshow: $20.  Flash-based slideshow of the property with music.  Similar to the slideshow shown below.
• RUSH (9 AM the next day): $35. Otherwise, standard turnaround is by the end of the next day.
• Twilight Shoot Scheduling: $50.  Request a specific twilight shoot when light is warm and soft, making your property look its best.
• Quick Return Shoot: $30 + additional images fee. Need to get just a few additional photos up to 3 days later? I’ll return to the property for $30 + $10 per additional image.
• Blue Skies: $0. I’ll give the grey skies a “happier” feeling when required.
• Fireplace Fire: $10. I’ll drop in a cozy fire image in the images where the fireplace is featured.
• Travel outside of City Limits: $.50/mile
• CD of print and web-sized images. $10.
• Additional photographic services: $60/hr.
