Greg has been a professional photographer for nearly 20 years.  His photographs have been featured in Seattle Met, Seattle Magazine, and ESPN Magazine, and have shown up as ads on the sides of city buses, in newspapers, on business websites, posters and brochures, and in local art galleries. Greg has photographed for such realty companies as Windermere, Lake Realty, Re/Max and John L. Scott.

Pricing structure is as follows:

  • $250 for an average-sized property, up to 1 hour. (Very small homes and condos may be discounted.)
  • $50 for each additional half hour.
  • $25 discount for payment at time of the shoot.

Price Includes:

  • Average of 15-30 Images
  • HDR Image Compositing
  • Basic Retouching
  • Sharpening and Color Correction
  • Brightening Seattle’s gloomy skies
  • Cozy fire in the fireplace
  • Resizing for Print and Web usage
  • FTP to Server for your retrieval (Link will be emailed to you.)
  • Standard Turnaround time: End of the following day.

Additional Delivery Services:

  • Gallery Uploading: $15. Upload to your company website photo gallery. Upload to NWMLS not available.
  • Virtual Tour Slideshow: $20.  Flash-based slideshow of the property with music.  Similar to the slideshow shown below.
  • RUSH (9 AM the next day): $40.  (Otherwise, standard turnaround is by the end of the next day.)
  • CD of print and web-sized images. $15.

Additional Photography Services:

  • Twilight Shoot Scheduling:  Request a specific twilight shoot when light is warm and soft, making your property look its best. $50.
  • Quick Return Shoot: Need to get just a few additional photos up to 3 days later? I’ll return to the property for $30 + $10 per additional image.
  • Travel outside of Seattle city limits: $.50/mile
  • Additional photography & editing services: $50-75/hr.
