For example, an average 3 BR, 2 Bath 2500 square foot house is estimated to take 21 photos, which would be $280. Actual number of photos may vary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Price Includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HDR (High Dynamic Range) Image Compositing<\/li>\n<li>Basic Retouching<\/li>\n<li>Sharpening and Color Correction<\/li>\n<li>Digitally add a fire in the fireplace<\/li>\n<li>Image file resizing for Print, Web, and NWMLS usage.<\/li>\n<li>FTP of files to server for your retrieval (The link will be emailed to you.)<\/li>\n<li>Standard turnaround time: End of the following day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Delivery Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gallery Uploading: $15. Upload to your company website photo gallery. Upload to NWMLS not available.<\/li>\n<li>RUSH (9 AM the next day): $40. (Otherwise, standard turnaround is by the end of the next day.)<\/li>\n<li>CD of print and web-sized images. $25.<\/li>\n<li>Virtual Tour Slideshow: $40. I&#8217;ll return to the property for $30 + $10 per additional image.<\/li>\n<li>Travel: $15 for every 25 miles beyond the first 25 miles to the property from our location.<\/li>\n<li>Additional photography &amp; editing services: $50-75\/hr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;Thank you for everything Greg!!
