{"id":778,"date":"2012-08-22T14:43:35","date_gmt":"2012-08-22T21:43:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gregwhitephoto.com\/blog\/?p=778"},"modified":"2012-08-22T14:44:17","modified_gmt":"2012-08-22T21:44:17","slug":"great-house-on-capitol-hill","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gregwhitephoto.com\/blog\/2012\/08\/great-house-on-capitol-hill\/","title":{"rendered":"Great House on Capitol Hill"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I recently photographed a terrific house on Capitol Hill for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.windermere.com\/agents\/deirdre-doyle-1\" target=\"_blank\">Dierdre Doyle<\/a> at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.windermere.com\/offices\/seattlecapitol-hill\" title=\"Windermere Capitol Hill\" target=\"_blank\">Windermere Capitol Hill<\/a>.\u00a0 This house is on a beautiful quiet street in a great neighborhood.\u00a0 I&#8217;m not sure where to start with this one:\u00a0 It has true cook&#8217;s kitchen, the french doors swing open to the beautiful back patio and tiered garden.\u00a0 Some of my favorite details: the desk in the hallway has charger ports built into the desk to keep your cord clutter hidden, the surround-sound media room has a secret door into a temperature-controlled wine room, the circular layout on the main floor, the leaded glass windows &#038;
