Greg has been a professional photographer for nearly 20 years. Greg has photographed hundreds of residential properties for builders and several real estate companies such as Windermere, Lake & Company, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, Re/Max and John L. Pricing structure is as follows:

• $200 for the first 13 HDR photos, plus $10 per photo thereafter.
• Estimates can be given by the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage of the residence. For example, an average 3 BR, 2 Bath 2500 square foot house is estimated to take 21 photos, which would be $280. Actual number of photos may vary.

Price Includes:

• HDR (High Dynamic Range) Image Compositing
• Basic Retouching
• Sharpening and Color Correction
• Digitally add a fire in the fireplace
• Image file resizing for Print, Web, and NWMLS usage.
• FTP of files to server for your retrieval (The link will be emailed to you.)
• Standard turnaround time: End of the following day

Additional Delivery Services:

• Gallery Uploading: $15. Upload to your company website photo gallery. Upload to NWMLS not available.
• RUSH (9 AM the next day): $40. (Otherwise, standard turnaround is by the end of the next day.)
• CD of print and web-sized images. $25.
• Virtual Tour Slideshow: $40. Flash-based and iphone-friendly slideshow gallery of the property.

Additional Photography Services:

• Twilight Shoot Scheduling: Request a specific twilight shoot when light is warm and soft, making your property look its best. $50.
• Blue skies added to shots: $20.
• Quick Return Shoot: Need to get just a few additional photos up to 3 days later? I’ll return to the property for $30 + $10 per additional image.
• Travel: $15 for every 25 miles beyond the first 25 miles to the property from our location.
• Additional photography & editing services: $50-75/hr.
